As an advocate working for you and your child, we will perform our independent evaluation of your child and work with you to prepare for meeting with the school's IEP team. We will help you to have an understanding of the IEP process so you know what to expect.
We will attend the IEP meeting with you to assess the school's own evaluation of your child, evaluate their recommendations for appropriateness and actively participate in the process when indicated.
Our specialty is Special Education law, rules, and requirements at both the state and federal levels. Armed with this knowledge and experience we can help to ensure your child's educational plan is appropriately designed and the student will be receiving all the benefits the school is legally obligated to provide.
